Roy and Dow Tucker (Rogiet Property Services) have just completed extensive work on our house including a totally re-fitted kitchen, a new en-suite shower to replace the old leaking one, all new internal doors, handles etc and a new external personal door for the garage. Flooring in the kitchen, downstairs cloakroom and family bathroom were also replaced. Some floors had water damage and had to be repaired, some plumbing had to be replaced as well. The kitchen had existing tiles which had to be worked around by modifying worktops, some of these tiles were loose and had to be re-fitted. Existing electrics, some a bit dodgy were also replaced including new LED lighting for the kitchen and garage. These were not easy jobs to do because of existing problems but Roy and Dow dealt with all of these professionally and efficiently. We are very impressed with the quality of their work and we would confidently recommend them to anyone needing work done. We will certainly have them to do any work needed in the future. Well done Roy and Dow.

We employed this company to completely refit a bathroom. The work was quite complex and involved moving the bath and WC to different positions. There was also a considerable amount of ancillary work required. The work was all carried out by the proprietor of the company who worked very hard and continuously from start to finish. It was completed in just over two weeks. We were away on holiday for the first week and had no qualms about leaving the house whilst the work was going on as we had employed RPS before and found the owner to be completely trustworthy. Arrangements had been made some time previously for the work to start on a particular day and this is what happened. We are very pleased with the standard of workmanship and the overall outcome of the project.

We recently decided to replace our single oven which was built into a stack with a double oven and contacted Mr Tucker for advice.
He visited and we were pleased to know he could do the replacement.
It was a very awkward job, old cables and junction boxes were almost inaccessible .and some shelves had been screwed into place from the outside of the stack and were now hidden behind a decorative panel.
With his usual thought and expertise , Mr Tucker coped and did a brilliant job.
It is the second time we have used Rogiet Property Services and we would not consider any other firm.
